I would like to rescind my first review. I solved my issues by deleting 3 of the 7 devices used on my phone. I read we’re 3-4 is the best amount so now I have 4 and the earbuds are working fine and sound fantastic!! I would ask the folks at Cleer to delete my first review or what ever the have to as I do t want it on their site as it’s wrong and I don’t want to misguide anyone. Just don’t have that many devices and you shouldn’t have any issues!

Purchased cleer ally back in Nov2020. It was working absolutely fine till one of the headsets stopped working all-together. Disappointed its lifeline is less than 2years???

Please explain as the magnets in the case are very strong and hold the earbuds on as I've had mine sitting open, upside down for the past hour just to make sure we didn't have an issue after reading your comment. Please explain as we strive to always get better. Thanks

In reply to Tahjmore Mitchell. Hi Tahjmore, I'm sorry that you aren't enjoying our Ally Plus II's. What type of music do you typically like as our sound signature is neutral when initially turned on. Of course, through the Cleer+ App, you can adjust the EQ to your liking and with Mimi Sound Personalization on top of that, you can completely customize it to your specific needs. I like everything except the sound quality, it’s just not great at this price compared to other earbuds that cost less than $100

Cleer Ally Plus II are some of the best earbuds I have ever owned. The sound is so defined and cleer. I love the bass and the noise cancelling is phenomenal, up there with some of the best (Bose, Sony, Samsung). I recently switched to these as my new daily go-to over the Samsung Galaxy buds 2. Oh, and battery life, oh my God. I have routinely went a day and a half of constant use listening to videos, talking on the phone, etc. I love them so much I may buy another pair! To Cleer: if you read this, please don’t change the formula you have going on right now, just keep going in the direction you are now. I even had the original pair cleer Ally before they had noise cancelling and they were my daily buds as well. If I could request one simple update, just tune the anc to block a little bit more in the higher frequency range of human voice. DO NOT CHANGE THIS FORMULA!!!

These have been a life saver. I have auditory processing issues and they have saved me some headache. Everything worked as it says and I’m happy with their performance. I recommend taking the time to set everything up and find the ear nubs right for you (had a few times they fell out before I found the right size). Sometimes has issues with bluetooth connection if you’re walking and your phone is in your pocket. Also with charging it sometimes doesn’t settle correctly in the case so one earbud doesn’t charge, BUT does charge fairly quickly. Overall 4.6 and I’m super satisfied with this product.
